VALENTINES

HI FRIENDS,

Happy Valentine's Day week
(No, I haven't been just dying to say that...)
<3 p="">

I hope this post finds you fine and dandy on this nippy winter morning.
I'm really feelin' the holiday spirit this week and am ready to share with you some preciously perfect valentines for your sweetheart, friend, friend with benefits, mom, dad, brother, co-worker, boss, random person you just want to give a card to, ECT.
You get the point.
I have always been a fan of a good ole' handwritten card really on any occasion (birthdays, Christmas, and special day, and especially VALENTINE'S DAY).
But really, there's something so personal and heartfelt in a simplistic hand-written note to someone. It's a really easy way to show anyone you care about that they're worth taking just a few minutes out of your day to sit down and write down a few things you appreciate about them. It can be on just a scrap piece of paper and mean just as much as an expensive gift.
BUT,
When we have the cutest little cards you've ever seen, why not use these?

These little babies are my personal favorite. They're small enough to write a short and sweet thought to your sweetie, but detailed enough to make the most special valentine.

I think I really love these because they bring up a childhood memory for me...
In elementary school, Valentine's Day was always my favorite holiday that we celebrated. On February 14th, we would come into our classroom with a special valentine for each of our classmates and teachers. Each of us had decorated a paper bag with our name on it and placed it somewhere in the classroom the afternoon before. As we arrived at school on Valentine's Day, we would go around and place a valentine in each one of our classmate's bags. When finished we would make our way our to our parents and fellow classmates for a yummy Valentine's Day brunch. When it was time for school to start and our parents left, we went back into the classroom and looked through our bags full of valentines from our friends, teachers, and elementary-school crushes:)
This was ALWAYS my favorite day of the year and is most likely why I'm so Valentine's Day obsessed now.
So, there ya have it.
I'm a dork.
But aren't we all?

Come see all of our lovely goodies for whoever you may be thinking about this Valentine's Day.
I hope everyone has a wonderful Saturday, no matter who you spend it with.

Stay loving,

Olivia
