When it comes to clothing, neutrals are my life. I could have nothing but white, gray and black basics in my closet and my sartorial soul would be satisfied. And honestly, that description isn't far from my actual closet. Yet somehow, a new color has worked its way into my typically boring and minimalist style this season. While red is a color I've always loved, I've had a lot of trouble working it into my clothing in a non-cheesy way in the past. But for some reason, it's recently started to become a little easier. I think the key is to start small - a bright red shoe or a red shirt peeking out of a denim dress. My life is starting to look a little more colorful, right in time for spring.
