Your item will ship within 3-5 business days of the date your order is placed. Each item is shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should arrive within 3-5 days of shipment. Street Scene Vintage is not responsible for any damaged items, lost or stolen items once they have been shipped. You receive a confirmation email once you place an order, and you will receive an additional confirmation email once your item has shipped along with your USPS tracking number. If you are a local customer and would like to pick up your item in the store, please use the code LOCALPICKUP at checkout. This will waive your shipping fee and let us know you're coming to pick it up. Please pick up your items within 5 days of purchase if you are picking them up in store. Our shipping costs are based on the weight of your total purchase. Street Scene Vintage only ships in the USA at this time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We always try our very best to maintain only the best quality items in our shop. Each item listed in our shop is very carefully inspected for any signs of wear. This includes, but is not limited to, discoloration, missing buttons, holes and loose stitching. We will always do our best to note any signs of wear in the description of the item. Please read the descriptions and measurements very carefully when purchasing an item from our shop. Some of the pieces in our shop are decades old and will show signs of wear, but we believe that just adds to the unique and one of a kind quality of each item. If you have any questions about an item or would like additional photos, please contact us! We are always happy to help in any way we can to ensure your completely satisfied with your purchase. Once your order is placed we do not offer any returns, exchanges or refunds. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur after an item has shipped.
SIZING & MEASUREMENTS
When you are shopping vintage online it is very important to follow the measurements we've listed in the descriptions of each item as opposed to the marked size (if listed). Just as sizing varies among brands today, clothing sizing has changed so much through the decades. The cuts and shapes are unique to each item, and it's important to be aware of each measurement listed in the description to ensure the best fit. Each of the items in our shop has been measured to the best of our ability, but we think it's always best to compare our measurements to an article of clothing in your closet that fits you well. If you have any questions regarding specific measurements or if you would like additional photos, please do not hesitate to ask! We want you to be completely happy with the fit of your garment!
